Palletizing robot

Technic One Engineering, in collaboration with ATI from the Eiffage group, is carrying out a robotics project for 4 production lines.

Use of a 6-axis FANUC robot.

Supply of pallet magazines, conveyors, and handling systems.

Automatic stacking and strapping.

All within a safety enclosure with fences and shutters.

Cycle time: 1 part every 9–10 seconds per line.
